Description
Mommy Jobs Online is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to join our national remote recruiting team. In this role, you will work independently while earning competitive pay, connecting job seekers with legitimate work-from-home opportunities across multiple industries using our proven tools and support system.
JOB TYPE: Part-Time or Full-Time
LOCATION: 100% Remote (Home Office)
OVERVIEW: You will source and engage candidates seeking virtual positions such as transcription, medical coding, data entry, clerical, and customer service roles. Your goal is to guide qualified applicants through the process and match them with opportunities that align with their skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Home office set-up, computer, and reliable Internet.
COMPENSATION: $15 per recruited agent. Average weekly earnings range from $500 to $1,100. Payments are issued bi-weekly via PayPal or check.
FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:30. Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays. Minimum 20 hours per week (up to 45 hours available). Enjoy the flexibility to set your schedule and take on additional opportunities based on your availability and experience.
