Women Flexible Careers – Remote Career Job Portal

By accessing and using the Remote Career Job Portal provided by Women Flexible Careers, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before registering or subscribing.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this portal. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.


2. Account Registration

To access job listings and portal features, you must create an account and select a subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.


3. Subscription and Billing

Women Flexible Careers offers both recurring and one-time payment plans. All fees are clearly listed during registration and checkout.

  • Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed every 30 days.

  • One-time payments provide lifetime access as specified.
    All purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital resources and job listings.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time by contacting hr@womenflexiblecareers.com before your next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund.


5. Use of Content and Services

All content on the portal, including job listings, application tools, and resources, is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, distribute, or duplicate any part of the portal without written consent.


6. Job Listings Disclaimer

Women Flexible Careers reviews all job postings for legitimacy; however, we do not guarantee employment outcomes or make representations on behalf of hiring companies. Users should conduct their own due diligence before accepting any job offers.


7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Share login credentials with others

  • Use the portal to post or distribute spam or misleading content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or data

  • Misrepresent personal or professional information

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.


8. Modifications to Service

Women Flexible Careers reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the portal, including pricing and features, at any time. Users will be notified of material changes where applicable.


9. Limitation of Liability

Women Flexible Careers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to access the portal. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
