Responsibilities
Process accurate payroll for employees in various time zones. Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations (local, federal, international). Utilize payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Deel) to streamline payroll tasks. Address employee inquiries and distribute payroll documentation (e.g., payslips, tax forms). Reconcile payroll accounts, generate reports, and support financial audits. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors for smooth payroll delivery.
Qualifications
MUST be a U.S. citizen. Prior payroll or accounting experience is preferred (entry-level opportunities may be available).
