RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support investment account setup, transactions, and profile updates.
- Research market data and assist with performance summaries.
- Prepare client-facing reports and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and assist with financial documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in investment operations or financial services.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tools like Morningstar or eMoney preferred. Series 6/7, SIE, or CFP® credentials is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Secure home setup, high-speed Internet, updated computer with antivirus protection, and access to secure tax platforms.
COMPENSATION: $25.00–$60.00 per hour, with higher pay for credentialed professionals.
